Frantz K. Vital

Frantz’s practice is focused on civil litigation with an emphasis on Florida Workers Compensation, Social Security Disability Claims, Private Insurance Disability Claims, State of Florida Disability Claims, Federal Veteran’s Benefits and Veteran’s Medical Malpractice Claims (FTCA).

He represents exclusively Claimant’s disability and injury claims in the areas mentioned above. Frantz has represented well over 500 Claimant’s in their efforts to obtain critical and much needed medical, disability and indemnity benefits. Frantz is a member of The Florida Bar and is accredited to appear before the US Department of Veteran’s Affairs.

Additionally, Frantz also served as an Officer in the U.S. Army Reserves and retired after 24 years of service, as a Senior Judge Advocate in the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. During his military career, he participated in a variety of active duty missions that included a counter-drug mission with the Federal Bureau of Investigations and Humanitarian Relief efforts in Haiti and El Salvador.

Frantz is married and the father of 3 minor children. He is also a youth soccer and lacrosse coach. Frantz is fluent in Haitian Creole.
